Cargo dimensions — every excess in width, height or length raises the permit class and escort requirement
Weight and axle load distribution — determines trailer type and number of axle lines
Route length and number of countries crossed — each country has its own procedure and fee
Type and number of permits and the lead time — express procedures cost more than planned ones
Number of escort vehicles and any police escort
Loading and securing — crane, timbers, chocks and lashing equipment
Driving windows — night, weekend and holiday regimes plus waiting time at loading
Return load availability — empty kilometres significantly increase the price
That is why we do not publish flat rates: the same machine on a verified motorway route and on a route with a weight-restricted bridge are two entirely different calculations. We check every route individually and quote a price that holds.
